Organic Bacon

Our bacon is sourced from organically raised pigs in Spain, adhering to stringent environmental and animal welfare standards. This ensures premium-quality meat, allowing us to produce organic bacon without the use of chemicals, preserving traditional methods.

We ensure that our organically produced bacon undergoes the drying process without alteration, employing a slow curing method. In the final phase, they are placed in a north-facing natural cellar to benefit from fresh outdoor air, resulting in handcrafted cured bacon that evokes the flavors of yesteryears.

Our organic bacon is free from chemical additives or preservatives, made only with organically produced pork belly and salt.

All BIOVivar organic bacon is GMO-free and allergen-free.
