Organic Fuet
Our organic FUET comes from meat from organically produced pigs raised in Spain respecting the environment and with the best standards of animal welfare, obtaining meat of the highest quality that allows us to produce organic FUET without using chemicals and preserving traditional production methods.
We achieve that the ecologically produced FUET goes through the drying process without being altered, using a slow curing process. In its last phase, they are placed in a natural cellar facing north where they receive fresh air from the outside and thus obtain handcrafted cured loins that remind us of the flavors and aromas of yesteryear.
In the elaboration of our ecological FUET, no chemical additives or preservatives are used, only organically produced pork and salt.
All BIOVivar organic FUETS are GMO free. (Genetically modified organisms)
The fuets are allergen free.
