Organic Salami with Paprika

Our chorizo ​​comes from meat from organically produced pigs raised in the central region of Spain respecting the environment and under the best standards of animal welfare, obtaining a final product of the highest quality while preserving traditional production methods.

We mix the lean pork meat with bacon, adding salt and spices, all from organic production. The quality of the meat and the drying process allow us to obtain a product without alterations. Using a slow curing process, which in the last one is placed in a cellar where it receives the fresh north air of the mountains and thus cured sausages are obtained in an artisanal way.

In the preparation of our extra chorizo, no chemical additives or preservatives are used, only pork (67% lean pork and 29% pork fat), paprika, salt, garlic and organically produced oregano.

All of our products are GMO free. (Genetically modified organisms)

The chorizos are free of allergens.
