Produced in a small family business, located in a privileged area, dedicated to the preparation and curing of hams and sausages.

Cutting room

The meat from organic pig farms is processed entirely in the factory from cutting to the final product.

 

Salting Process

During the salting process, organically sourced hams are covered in sea salt for a period of approximately one week depending on the weight of the ham. After this the salt is removed with water.

 

Seasoned Serrano Ham

After the salting phase, it goes to the drying rooms, stoved and parked for a period of 2 years.

 

Organic Chorizo Drying

With the best cuts of pork, bacon and organic seasonings, the characteristic Spanish chorizo is made due to its aroma and flavor.

We meticulously manage our processes to create a bio, ecological, and sustainable product that aligns with environmental principles and, most importantly, contributes to a nutritious and healthy diet.

In the crafting of our hams and sausages, we refrain from incorporating chemical additives. Our commitment lies in using exclusively organically sourced pork meat as the raw material, complemented by a blend of organically grown herbs and spices for seasoning.
